Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin your return, you can contact us at martinlionperfumesuk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return delivery label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.





Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Recovery
of funds We will notify you after we receive and verify your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically with your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.
